The Facilities Operations HVAC Shop’s focus is to perform routine and preventive maintenance of all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems at The College. Part of these duties includes yearly steam shutdowns to service the steam lines to ensure proper operation throughout the Campus.
The Crew Supervisor is (Vacant) who can be reached by contacting the Facilities & Administrative Services Customer Support Center at extension 2353. Requests for Work Orders for this shop can be submitted using the Online Work Order Request System.
Requirements for the Use of College Owned and Managed Personal Space Heaters
No personal space heaters of any kind, other than College owned and managed equipment, are permissible on College property so as to assure the safety of the occupants and the protection of property.
